Since 2002, Mr. Michael Cingari has served as the CEO of CrossWater Capital Corporation. Michael Cingari offers a bevy of innovative financial solutions, including real estate financing and equipment leasing and financing. Working closely with companies of all sizes, Michael Cingari strives to identify and implement a unique plan of action designed to maximize each company’s profits. Focusing primarily on four markets, Michael Cingari provides services to businesses of all levels; large investment grade corporations, equipment manufacturers, distributors, and resellers; and manufacturers’ captive leasing and finance companies.
Michael Cingari garnered the bulk of his professional experience through his 22 years with Pitney Bowes Financial Services (PBFS), a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes, Inc. Serving in several leadership positions, Michael Cingari was the President of one of PBFS’s subsidiaries, Colonial Pacific Leasing Corporation. Michael Cingari also led the Asia Pacific division of PBFS as President and was a member of the Pitney Bowes, Inc. Executive Committee.
Recognized among his peers as a leading expert in his field, Michael Cingari was elected to the Board of Directors of the Equipment Leasing & Financing Association (ELFA) from 1995 to 1998. In this capacity, Michael Cingari helped lead ELFA to advance the agenda of manufacturers and financial services companies within the equipment finance field. Michael Cingari is also a former Board Member of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors.
Michael Cingari began his formal education at Bryant University, from which he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Michael Cingari went on to earn his Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
In his downtime, Michael Cingari relaxes by maintaining an active interest in sports, such as golf, tennis, and skiing.
Mr. Michael Cingari currently makes his home in Coto de Caza, California.
